Aiming at the problem of tracing and managing the airworthiness certification documents' forming path, the workflow-based document flow model of airworthiness certification documents is brought forward, and the document flow management system is designed. Based on the analysis, the characteristics of certification documents, related theories and the modeling processes are described in detail. Furthermore, the designing scheme of the document flow management system that applies to the execution of certification document flow is put forward too.
