During my visit to the Nature Dungeon, I encountered plenty of these strange looking enemies. These are the protectors of the dungeon, attacking anyone who dares to trespass in it. I figured out that similarly to the frost spirit, these creatures are hurt more by pickaxes than anything else. Knowing this, I was easily able to traverse the dungeon.
